Located approximately 3 hours north of Chiang Mai and 1 hour north of Phrao, Thailand, this is the mountain where the Akha farmers live and grow their coffee beans. Many of these farmers send their children to live at Seed of Hope Project during the school year so they can attend Thai public school.

Located in Phrao the Seed of Hope project includes a boys' and girls' dorm where the children live, the Education Center, the Directors' home and housing for all local staff.

Located approximately 1 mile from the Seed of Hope Project, Parkerland is a sustainable food source for the children and staff at Seed of Hope Project providing rice, chickens, pigs, eggs and garden produce.

Located approximately 1.5 miles from the Seed of Hope Project, this is where the green coffee beans are milled, stored and roasted for distribution throughout Thailand.  The mill provides jobs for many people in the community and coffee sorting gives work to women in the community. Seed of Hope Coffee Co. is majority owned by Lawpa Mayeo who is also the founder of the Seed of Hope Project where the students live. Seed of Hope Coffee Co. works directly with the farmers on Doi Mon Lan providing better than fair trade prices.
