The one day Coffee Education in Phrao takes you from Chiang Mai to Phrao, two hours north.  The van will pick you up at your hotel at 6 am.  In Phrao you will get to see coffee plants growing, observe how coffee is processed and learn about the different stages of the coffee bean, from growth to roast.  You will also get to roast your own coffee.  Lunch is included.  You will the be back to your hotel in Chiang Mai around 7 pm.
